
Digital Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Healthcare Specialist. This key role involves providing education and training to support the implementation needs of our Digital Healthcare Program.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training sessions in small and large group forums, gathering feedback to continuously improve the training experience. They will also be responsible for updating training materials to ensure they meet the evolving needs of end-users.
Maintaining accurate records of training resources and initiatives is also a critical aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to support the implementation of our Digital Healthcare Program.
- Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats to cater to different learning styles.
- Gather feedback from participants to inform updates to training materials and resources.
- Ensure all training materials and resources are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of end-users.
Requirements:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience in computer-based training.
- Proven experience in delivering ieMR training modules.
