Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities to the customer services team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive team culture that fosters continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
  • Review and optimize systems and processes to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and coordinate orders and deliveries.
  • Prioritize accuracy in data entry, customer records, and delivery information to maintain high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership roles.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or similar data entry systems (desirable).
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
