We are seeking dedicated individuals to support clients with high care needs in a home-based environment.

Job Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in high care settings, supporting clients with complex needs is essential.
  • Qualifications: A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, a Current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate are required. Students studying a Health Degree equivalent (Nursing, Paramedicine) are encouraged to apply.
  • Empathy and Compassion: The ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate care is a must.

Remuneration:

$38.76 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation. Travel reimbursement included.
