We are seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to provide post-sales ownership over multiple accounts and support our growing business. This key role is instrumental in ensuring seamless project delivery, fostering collaboration, and driving success across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful deployment of projects, aligning with client expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Mentor and guide a team, effectively managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously from inception to launch, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders and establishing realistic development guidelines.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration and driving mutual understanding.
  • Work closely with regional delivery partners to enhance Appian-led engagements by leveraging partner resources and supplementing partner-led engagements with Appian resources, ensuring optimized project outcomes.
