Overview

We''re partnering with a high-growth FinTech to find a Operations Manager.

We're working with a fast-growing FinTech in the consumer finance space, looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day business operations. This is a broad role covering product, service delivery, collections, customer service, and supporting sales — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth start-up environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee end-to-end operations across product, service delivery, collections, and customer service.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure new features are implemented and delivered seamlessly.
  • Manage collections and credit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and support customer service teams to deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Work closely with Sales to align operations with customer growth and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide operational insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.
What you'll bring
  • Experience as an Operations Manager (or similar) within FinTech, consumer finance, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of product delivery, customer service, and credit/collections.
  • Start-up or scale-up background with the ability to wear multiple hats.
  • Commercial mindset with experience working alongside Sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
