  • Lead and manage the region to deliver on strategic objectives, culture and performance metrics

  • Effectively manage stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
  • Ensure key performance indicators are met and aligned with customer expectations
  • Ensure accuracy across all data management systems, information handling and processes
  • Collaborate with all regions to support collective business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the Insurance repair and construction industry
