We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our Low Voltage (LV) sales efforts in New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the LV power distribution and controls portfolio, including switchgear and switchboards, in NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers. They will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including tendering and quoting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including product training and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Strong knowledge of industrial applications and sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
