Grill'd is launching new Drive Thru Restaurants in the coming years
Our company is seeking experienced restaurant managers to take charge of leading a team of 20–50 legends. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement and results with your team, handling rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance, growing your crew through check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans, managing profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly, and championing your community by running our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
