About the Role

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, accurate, and timely information, including recommendations and analysis of the Practice roadmap. This includes progress toward achieving business objectives and benefits, recommending investment targets, financial performance, and assessing targets against business-specific measures. You will also review forecasts and understand business priorities, negotiating to resolve conflicts and other priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting the performance of a Practice, including reporting effort and cost of business operations, managed services, and transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting Practice Leads and Service Owners to identify and deliver strategic outcomes, drive performance, and manage to target.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across the business and Technology & Transformation Division.
  • Being financially savvy and confident working within the Enterprise Procurement Team frameworks and processes.
  • Financial management of the practice, including forecasting, target setting, and supporting the monthly management reporting process.
  • Obtaining and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the operating model and Enterprise Delivery Framework and supporting teams to adopt models and delivery cadence.

About You

You will have extensive hands-on experience of portfolio management and reporting, including business performance. We are looking for someone who understands multiple aspects of technology support and delivery, with experience in various Technology disciplines ideal.

  • Detailed understanding and significant experience of Portfolio Management, including:
  • Portfolio Management, Program/Project Management, Target and Forecasting Processes, Management Reporting, Business Analytics, and Data Interrogation Techniques.
