Maintenance Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our airline's maintenance team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet. The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities and providing technical support to ensure that all aircraft are repaired and modified in accordance with OEM and Part 21 instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all aircraft are repaired and modified in line with OEM and Part 21 guidelines
  • Collaborating with the Continuing Airworthiness Manager on maintenance control of company aircraft and liaison with Part 145 MRO
  • Developing procedures for reviewing source technical information published by airframe and engine manufacturers
  • Reviewing and controlling airworthiness directives applicable to company aircraft and installed equipment
  • Implementing action plans as required
  • Overseeing and developing fleet reliability data preparation, investigating trends and proposing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with at least 10 years' experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical management within an airline, Part-42 or Part-145 environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian Civil Aviation Act and Regulations
  • Thorough understanding of airworthiness management, aviation safety, and reliability programs
