**The role**:
We are currently looking for an Associate or Lawyer with 1 - 4 years PAE to join our Sydney Property and Development team. The team's focus lies with transactions in significant property assets, including due diligence, commercial leasing and various land use agreements, acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of 'off the plan' developments for commercial and residential developments.
- 1-4 years PAE
- Strong property experience including commercial conveyancing and leasing
- Strong PEXA experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Committed and intelligent approach to work
- A high level of attention to detail

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved and work closely with established Partners and a large team across a wide variety of property transactions.
