About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to children of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in providing therapy services to children in the Adelaide Metropolitan region.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols to ensure best practice in occupational therapy.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior Occupational Therapists.
  • Develop and deliver training workshops for Occupational Therapists.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and workshops to drive the development of the OT team.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration with no limitations.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.
  • Experience in early intervention and paediatrics.
  • Experience providing support to junior Occupational Therapists.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current and clean driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management.
