Senior Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the group's global tax compliance, reporting, and advisory functions.

The successful candidate will have broad experience across Australian tax compliance, strategic tax advisory, governance, and transaction support. They will oversee timely and accurate delivery of corporate income tax, GST/BAS, FBT, and other statutory Australian compliance obligations, as well as international corporate tax filings.

The role requires strong governance and risk controls, with the ability to monitor legislative changes globally and provide timely tax insights to support decision making and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the group's global tax compliance, reporting, and advisory functions
  • Overseeing timely and accurate delivery of corporate income tax, GST/BAS, FBT, and other statutory Australian compliance obligations
  • Ensuring consistency with our tax governance framework
  • Monitoring legislative changes globally and providing timely tax insights to support decision making and risk mitigation
  • Liaising with tax authorities as required
