Job Summary:

The organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance team and drive financial excellence in our Melbourne-based organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end close, journal adjustments, group consolidations, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate annual audits and prepare statutory financial statements
  • Support group-level tax matters, including transfer pricing and effective tax rate calculations
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualification with a relevant tertiary degree
  • Experience as Senior Financial Accountant or Finance Manager, preferably in public practice (Big 4/mid-tier)
  • Previous FMCG experience advantageous
