Product Manager Job

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the launch of new home electrification products, ensuring seamless execution from concept to customer.

This is a key role that sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, marketing, and execution. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - ensuring every new product enters the market with impact, scales successfully, and enhances our mission of helping Australians take control of their energy future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the launch of new home electrification products, ensuring seamless execution from concept to customer
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor performance post-launch and adjust strategy to maximise uptake
  • Act as the voice of the product internally - translating customer needs, market insights, and business goals into actionable outcomes
  • Work with suppliers, R&D, and internal stakeholders to align roadmaps and ensure smooth delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in product or project management, product marketing, or a related role (energy/renewables background a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategy and detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
