The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Regional Manager to drive exceptional service and growth for our diverse customer base in the North-West Victoria region.

This unique role involves growing the business by pursuing pre-qualified leads, designing sheep and cattle yards, and providing comprehensive animal handling solutions.

Collaborating with the Gallagher Territory Manager, you will drive an integrated sales process between Norton Livestock Handling Solutions and Gallagher Animal Management products.

The Fit

We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge, keen to understand customer needs, and passionate about delivering tailored animal handling solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in a relevant territory management or sales role, preferably in animal handling solutions.
  • A solid understanding of livestock farming challenges and agricultural sector knowledge.
  • Experience using CRM systems and developing pre-qualified leads.
  • Well-developed communication skills, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your workload autonomously.
