Role Overview:

The Learning Advisor plays a pivotal role in facilitating and executing face-to-face and virtual workshops and programs aligned with the Employee Development Guide. This involves developing personal capabilities in essential skills such as time management, communication, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide administrative and organisational support for workshops and programs, including coordinating training logistics, venue arrangements, catering, assessment tools, participant guides, and registration confirmations.">
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that enhance employee capability, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.">
  • Ensure accurate recording of learning and personal development on the LMS, facilitating compliance and record-keeping processes.">
  • Offer project management support to the global team, contributing to content creation, governance, and updates to the Employee Development Guide.">
  • Embark on regular interstate travel and participate in morning team meetings with North American colleagues.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, preferably in training or human resources.">
  • A minimum of three years' experience in administering, organizing, and delivering face-to-face and virtual personal skills workshops or programs within a business environment.">
  • Proven knowledge and experience working with learning management systems.">
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, along with strong administrative and planning abilities.">
  • Certifications in training tools such as DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, or a willingness to obtain.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to fast-paced and constantly changing environments.">
  • Strong computer literacy skills, ideally with experience in MS Teams & Outlook, SAP SuccessFactors, Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools.">
