About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veteran Family and Hub Service Navigator to join our team at the Riverina Hub.

As the primary point of contact for the hub, you will provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Performing daily administrative tasks, such as planning and coordinating events, managing social media, and assisting with workshops, functions, seminars, and visitor meetings.
  • Monitoring multiple calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on behalf of the Centre Manager.
  • Participating in internal and external working groups to achieve organisational objectives and outcomes for veterans and their families.

  • The ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail, with proven administrative skills.
