About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.

You'll develop valuable expertise by collaborating with product partners and other stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals that meet our clients' unique needs.

  • Analyzing client requirements to provide appropriate solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
  • Structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams
  • Proactively managing credit and operational risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Applying Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as required
What You Will Bring

To excel in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • A proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • A strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products and services
  • The ability to understand clients' business needs and offer customized solutions
  • Experience assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving a client's credit worthiness and credit risk, and suitable credit structuring options
  • The ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other banking products to suit clients' business goals
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive efficiency and create long-term value
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and how to mitigate risks effectively
