The Client Success team at a leading financial services company is a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy.
As a Client Success Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with high-value clients, from implementation to post-launch account management. You will collaborate with various teams across the business, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by delivering strategic deals, upselling, cross-selling, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the delivery of embedded finance deals from implementation kick-off to launch and full ramp.
- Oversight of client readiness and monitoring for successful launches.
- Develop deep relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide value-based solutions using our range of products and services.
- Support the achievement of revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outcomes.
- Forecast and build out a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers for the business and identify success drivers.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, share customer insights, and inform product roadmaps.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in fintech or complex technology sales.
- Understanding of lengthy sales cycles and nuances of enterprise relationships.
- Excellent rapport-building skills across all levels, from C-suite executives to operations teams.
- Project management experience: Managing multiple clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring timely progress.
- Excitement to learn technical concepts and become an internal product champion.
- Creative problem-solving skills: Navigating ambiguity, complex structures, and finding innovative solutions.
