Our team is looking for a seasoned professional to manage strategic partnerships with our top merchants. As an Enterprise Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our key verticals.

The Enterprise team is responsible for developing and executing strategies that propel our business forward. You will work closely with stakeholders across our top merchants to deliver best-in-class partnerships and deeply understand their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build direct relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Oversee partner-specific opportunities to drive operational excellence
  • Use data insights to inform business decisions and enhance customer experience
  • Project manage large-scale merchant launches and oversee their operational success
  • Develop co-marketing plans that drive key business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in account management, project management, client success, or sales management
  • Proven success driving cross-functional projects forward
  • Analytical ability to review performance data and extract learnings and trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
