About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Group Product Manager to lead our process optimization and automation efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology Transformation, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and leading a group-wide capability focused on improving speed, quality, efficiency, and engagement for our team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement process optimization and automation solutions to drive sustainable cost efficiencies
  • Lead a team of experts to develop and implement innovative AI solutions for IT operations (AIOps)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage technology for greater business efficiency or effectiveness
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and board-level leaders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process optimization, automation, and transformation
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, technology, and change delivery
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
