Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company stock orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of production KPIs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise orders within expected timeframes into our inventory management system.
  • Manage outstanding orders for accuracy and delivery performance.
  • Monitor and report on production KPIs, including DIFOT metrics.

  • Manage inventory attributes and settings.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
