About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our Blended Products division in Largs Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Production facility, coordinating raw materials, and driving accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Production facility
  • Coordinate raw materials and manage stock levels
  • Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance services
  • Improve plant reliability through effective maintenance practices
  • Manage a team and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Asphalt/Emulsion Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial Manufacturing sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and systems
  • Experience maintaining plant and equipment
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
