About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive customer experience by providing expert finance services, guidance, and advice
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to senior finance professionals or team leaders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data within the system, adhering to departmental delegations and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant information
  • Stay informed about financial payments, legislation, policies, and procedures, applying this knowledge to make informed decisions
  • Conduct manual calculations and adjustments as needed
  • Review bank statement load errors, post-processing errors, manually allocate receipts, create manual journals for incorrect postings from automated bank statements, and address additional requirements for banking reconciliations
  • Support testing of system changes related to Banking settings or design
  • Provide reconciliation support and ad-hoc information to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards, departmental guidelines, and meet delivery timelines

About You:

  • You will be able to maintain accuracy and provide timely service in a high-volume environment
  • A customer-centric approach is essential in meeting Service Partnership Agreements
  • You must maintain a working knowledge of legislative, policy, and procedural changes
  • Collaboration with others on joint programs and projects is crucial
