We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead our CQV services for Life Sciences clients in Australia.
The successful candidate will provide expert leadership and guidance for the integration and delivery of projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining high-quality project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
