Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our OSHC team as an educator.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality childcare services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children, possesses relevant qualifications and certifications, and is eager to contribute to the growth and development of young minds.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
  • Contribute to the planning, preparation, and delivery of meals and activities that promote healthy eating habits and physical activity
  • Support children in developing essential life skills, including social, emotional, and cognitive abilities
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and other relevant certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
