Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Interest in early years education.
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive).
