The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to child-centered learning, a thorough understanding of early childhood development principles, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other relevant training.
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA equivalent.
- Current compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC / WWVP).
- A desire to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Above award rates of pay.
