Facilities Operations and Maintenance Executive

As a Manager of Facilities Operations and Maintenance, you will lead overall operations and maintenance activities at various sites. You will oversee a team of specialists, focusing on operational efficiency, maintenance schedules, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the facilities' maintenance and repairs to include predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Develop equipment maintenance scheduling plans and maintain all structures, systems, sub-systems, and components in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the planned maintenance program and implement any necessary modifications leading to the reduction of equipment failures.
- Formulate and enforce operational and maintenance standards that support company objectives, contractual requirements, and comply with regulatory and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical acumen, attention to detail, and a proven ability to make decisions and adhere to deadlines.
Requirements:- Possess an active TS/SCI clearance or Host Nation PV clearance.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
- A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities maintenance.
