Job Title: Senior Waterways and Drainage Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team of diverse water specialists.

  • You will work on preparing engineering studies in hydrology, waterways, and drainage, as well as developing innovative technical solutions for complex bridge, culvert, floodway, waterway, wetland, and stormwater network designs from planning to detail.
  • You will maintain proficiency in surface water modelling tools such as RORB, TUFLOW, DRAINS, and HEC-RAS, and apply 12D and DRAINS skills for detailed drainage and stormwater design.
  • You will coordinate and supervise project teams, briefing, assigning, monitoring, reviewing, and providing feedback, and deliver creative solutions balancing technical needs, community expectations, and client goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in waterways, hydrology, or drainage engineering, including exposure to large infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in 12D, DRAINS, RORB, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, and other relevant hydraulic and hydrologic modelling tools.
  • Strong experience in client-facing roles and multidisciplinary project coordination.
