Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review high-quality training materials using established templates and instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop compliant training products.
  • Conduct compliance checks and map content against competency frameworks.
  • Apply evidence-based instructional theories and human-centred design principles.
  • Support SMEs and team members to ensure confidence and alignment with training goals.
About You
  • You will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, instructional design models, and adult learning principles.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills to act as the link between SMEs and development teams.
  • You will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
