We have an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join our aerospace team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. In this role, you'll design and develop compliant, high-quality training materials and act as the key link between SMEs and instructional development.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with SMEs to develop compliant training products and integrate feedback.
- Design and review documentation using established templates and instructional design principles.
- Conduct compliance checks and map content against competency frameworks.
- Apply evidence-based instructional theories and human-centred design principles.
- Support SMEs and team members to ensure confidence and alignment with training goals.
- Assist with graphics, e-learning resources, and user testing to validate learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of RTO development, the ADDIE Cycle, SADL and AQSA requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as the "glue" between SMEs and development teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable).
- Background in instructional design, compliance, and/or graphic design is advantageous.
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
