- Project Leadership: Manage and deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to drive business success.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure team success.
- Business Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership activities.
- Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related consulting field.
