Senior Regional Policy Advisor

A senior policy role exists within a regional office, requiring expertise in providing strategic and operational advice on complex issues.
About the Role
- Provide authoritative advice to senior executives and managers on legislative, policy, and procedural matters.
- Ensure quality systems are in place for managing reputation through complaints, internal reviews, and communication with external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of key information, meeting data collection and privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to Principals, Senior Executives, and Managers on a wide range of legal, policy, and procedural issues.
- Manage enquiries and complaints in line with the Department's Customer Complaints Management Policy and procedure.
- Prepare complex reports, submissions, briefs, and responses to correspondence from various sources.
