Job Title: Digital Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves ensuring the successful operation of technology platforms, reducing disruptions that impact client experience.

You will be accountable for high availability, resilience, and security of platforms as well as business operations/services; incorporating automation to reduce repetition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, verify, test, document, and maintain moderately complex software using standard tools and practices.
  • Install and remove hardware/software, troubleshoot issues, document changes, and provide client support
  • Define and execute test cases, report results, and identify risks/issues in line with requirements.
  • Maintain infrastructure, report on required changes, automate deployments/provisioning, and assist in resolving operational issues.
  • Provide assisted guidance in specific areas, collaborate with others, and recognise personal knowledge limits.
  • Monitor and manage resource usage, support planning, and apply demand control techniques.
About You

Candidates must have a relevant degree with at least 4 years' subsequent relevant experience. Unrestricted Australian work rights are also required, and you may be subject to a National criminal history check.
