About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

  • As a Digital Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the design and implementation of digital infrastructure necessary to achieve successful completion of capital expansion projects.
  • You will ensure that all digital infrastructure meets requirements and is delivered in accordance with policy, laws, industry standards, best practice.
  • The role involves identifying risks and issues and developing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure key project deliverables are achieved and the overall integrity of the project is maintained.
  • You will provide expertise and advice to senior management and other project team members on digital infrastructure matters.
  • You will scrutinise digital infrastructure aspects of designs, implementation and commissioning proposals received from commercial partners/contractors and subcontractors for appropriateness in accordance with the Project Deeds.
  • You will develop documentation as required under the Project Deeds and maintain accurate record management systems to ensure integrity and auditability.
  • You will support senior management in the resolution of changes, issues and disputes, including management of input from advisors.
  • You will provide specialist support to the project team in relation to developing and reviewing project documentation and correspondence, to ensure legal and technical positions are acceptable.
  • You will provide input into the preparation of timely and high-quality briefs, reports, business cases and advice.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships between stakeholders in the program to ensure positive working partnerships focussed on delivering the Program's objectives.
  • You will fulfill the responsibilities of this role in accordance with core values.
  • You will treat patients and other staff fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of digital infrastructure, IT service management and technical architecture.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing digital infrastructure projects, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to think critically and analytically, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
