Job Title

We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our English Language Institute, driving strategic growth and excellence in education.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a high-performing team to achieve student recruitment targets and drive international enrolment goals
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ELI pathway programs
  • Cultivate strong pathways into our university and college, ensuring exceptional student satisfaction

To succeed, you will have:

  • Degree-level qualifications and extensive experience in English Language Training programs
  • Proven leadership and management expertise in ELT programs within a university ELICOS setting
  • Experience developing, teaching, and evaluating English for Academic Purposes, English for Specific Purposes, and General English courses
  • Knowledge of pathway options and issues related to international students undertaking direct entry English language pathway programs
  • International context marketing and business development skills
  • Ability to manage revenue and expenditure budgets effectively
Key Requirements

Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (International), you will provide academic and operational leadership to a multifunctional team, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development of teachers.
