Our fleet of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) caters to various ground conditions, enabling us to deliver complex tunneling projects with precision and efficiency.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Underground / Tunnelling Project Manager to join our team. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with travel to sites as required. As a key member of our project team, you will work collaboratively with clients and project/joint venture teams, providing technical expertise and managing project and team performance to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the tender process and transitioning into project delivery once projects are secured
- Managing project and team performance to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery
- Providing technical expertise and assisting in the planning and delivery of various works, including pipe jacked micro tunnelling, TBM's, shaft, and deep excavation works
- Working closely with our Senior Project Manager to ensure seamless project delivery
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams
- A comprehensive understanding of tunnelling safety standards and best practices
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
