Job Overview

As a Financial Services Consultant, you are responsible for providing outstanding levels of sales and service supporting customers via Face to Face interaction and inbound & outbound calls with Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and/or processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.

Role Details

Location: 171 Dandenong Rd, Mt Ommaney QLD
Job Type: Permanent, Flexible Part Time (30 hours/week)

Note: All training required will be full time

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer-obsessed service that drives customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.

Provide timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via telephone and/or online channels.

Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes, resulting in strong NPS outcomes.

Contribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, risk, and performance.

Earn an estimated salary of AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum based on experience.
