About the Job:

  • This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for employees when interacting with technology hardware and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver endpoint management enhancements to ensure CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
  • Provide AV concierge support for onsite meeting rooms, digital signage, and video conferencing, escalating to partners as needed.
  • Continuously drive service improvement for End User Compute & Digital Workplace.
  • Assist in asset management of hardware to ensure adequate stock controls are in place.
  • Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes to improve employee engagement and ensure compliance for security and DLP.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in understanding End User Compute solutions maintain high Standards, enhance Security & Risk posture.
  • Sound knowledge of End User Compute, SOE, Intune, MS Defender, AV, Video Conferencing, Microsoft O365, and Mobility.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse groups of people at different levels both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem solve, and continuously learn new technologies.
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow through.
