Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Full-Time team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Delight customers with consistently high-quality food offerings
  • Maintain fresh and visually appealing displays by ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels
  • Ensure accurate signage and pricing throughout the department
  • Organize and clean shelves, including frozen and dairy sections
  • Keep back stock well-organized
  • Promote a safe, clean, and well-structured working and shopping environment
  • Assist with food sampling programs, ensuring sample areas are full, clean, and inviting
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for quality food
  • Flexible availability to accommodate a busy retail schedule
