Job Summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Trust Portfolio Manager to join their team. As a Trust Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts, providing general support and assistance for trust management activities, and identifying and resolving discrepancies with servicer/originator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Provide general support and assistance for trust management activities, including cash reconciliations and funding subscription processes.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with servicer/originator, ensuring seamless trust operations.
  • Run cashflow distribution waterfall calculations, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of funds.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, working closely with the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in structured financial markets, with a focus on securitisation trust management.
  • 1+ years' experience in trust administration, with a strong understanding of financial SPVs and trust management.
  • General understanding of legal documentation focused on operative commercial provisions.
  • Cash flow modelling experience preferred, but not essential.
