Job Title: Senior Hotel Operations Manager

Job Description

At our luxurious hotel, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage all daily operations, ensuring seamless and profitable function. You will be actively engaged in operations and stakeholder management, guiding, coaching, and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Department Heads to ensure hotel profitability and success
  • Drive changes and improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives
  • Create and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests and regional shared services
  • Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximising revenue and balancing expenses
  • Act as a liaison within the local community, representing Accor and fostering community engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous Operational, Hotel or General Manager experience
  • Ability to create environments where teams are encouraged and motivated to be their true self each day
  • Confidence in building strong relationships, addressing challenging situations, and implementing solutions that enhance service quality
  • Experience driving financial growth through skilful & thoughtful strategy
  • Comprehension of key metrics that impact hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue
  • Past experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting (desirable)
  • Current Real Estate licence (advantageous)
