Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Operational Resilience, Governance and Structure team.

The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to help meet obligations related to operational resilience, governance and contagion risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate advice on regulatory requirements, including reviewing proposed business and transactions for compliance with relevant standards.
  • Support businesses in non-financial risks, including those related to intragroup transactions, operational resilience and governance.
  • Provide review and challenge in relation to frameworks that support compliance with key prudential standards.
  • Review complex issues and develop meaningful insights that inform decision making by senior leadership.
  • Lead the team, managing and assisting junior members to deliver insightful advice to businesses and support groups.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable financial services experience, ideally in a risk management/legal/group treasury/compliance capacity.
  • Possess a strong understanding of financial risk management and/or regulatory environments.
  • Experience leading a team, driving performance and assisting junior members.
  • Ability to solve bespoke problems, demonstrating attention to detail and curiosity.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including collaboration and engagement with diverse individuals.
