Effective package hub management is crucial for seamless logistics operations. To achieve this, we seek an experienced and results-driven Package Hub Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of our small package hub, ensuring accurate sorting and loading of packages onto trailers for movement to next locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate hub operations, ensuring efficient package processing and timely delivery.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with feeder and dispatch operations to ensure loads are sorted and built according to service agreements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to drive continuous improvement.

This is a mid-senior level, part-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing physical assets and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
