Job Title: Legal Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing our matter management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Matter Management System Configuration: Assist in analyzing and documenting requirements for workflow and process improvement.
  • System Implementation and Administration: Apply the configuration, implementation, and ongoing administration of our matter management system along with other internal applications.
  • Workflow Enhancement: Identify workflow enhancements by conducting data analysis to assess system performance, user adoption, and process efficiency.
  • Process Configuration: Configure processes, documents, and workflows within the matter management system under guidance.
  • Solution Development: Help translate business and legal requirements into technology solutions by documenting needs and recommending system configurations.

Requirements
  • Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of legal document production processes and relationship with matter management.
  • Configuring Matter Management Systems: An understanding of configuring and managing matter management systems or similar systems.
  • Document Automation and Workflow Development: Experience with document automation, workflow development, and business improvement.
  • Technical Skills: The ability to assist in translating business and legal requirements into technical configuration.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting technology solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: An interest in learning about system integrations, data management, and enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
