About this role:
">- We are seeking a skilled Legal Specialist to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
">- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to support the delivery of departmental services.
- Manage and undertake a range of legal work, including statutory interpretation, judicial review and administrative law issues.
- Plan, organise, lead and manage the staff and resources of the Legal Services branch.
- Instruct external providers of legal services to ensure a consistent, co-ordinated and effective approach to the provision of such services.
