Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project leader to deliver electrical projects in various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. The role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality electrical projects, on time and within budget.

The selected candidate will apply strong project management methodologies and financial management skills to drive business success. A reliable and honest approach to project delivery is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, electricians, and support staff to deliver electrical projects up to $2m+ in value.
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise in electrical engineering to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • An electrical trade qualification or higher education in a related field.
  • Significant experience in electrical installation, switchboard, control panel, and MCC projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, lead, coordinate, and drive teams.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and financial management.
  • Working knowledge of electrical industry standards.

Benefits:

A competitive base salary range: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year.
