About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Club duty manager to join the team at Workers Lifestyle Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubs, working closely with our Venue Manager and other senior staff to achieve our goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of club operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the club on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage the club's resources to ensure that operational requirements are met
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all day-to-day operations
  • Manage customer service and complaint handling
  • Report writing - daily shift reports and incident reports
  • Ensure compliance with the Clubs RSA and RCG and Clubs GPOM
  • Conduct Venue Induction walk around with new employees
  • Assist with preparation of training schedules for new employees when required
  • Conduct probationary reviews for frontline team members
  • Liaise positively with our Contractor working partners
  • Liaise with Senior Management and Support Services to ensure the smoothest operation of all departments
  • Interacting with Regulators and NSW Police as required
  • Act as Chief Warden in Emergency Response
  • Provide First Aid duties as required
